The Computational Genomics Resource Laboratory (CGRL) is launching a NEW consulting service for NGS data to complement its ongoing workshops. This service will be FREE at launch and free to users of the CGRL computing cluster. Begin by making an appointment to come to 238 Koshland Hall to meet with CGRL staff.
- Level 1. NGS biologists who want to learn how to analyze their own data
Make an appointment to come to the CGRL in 238 Koshland to meet with our staff to discuss your experimental design and to get advice on tools, pipelines and work flows to analyze your data.
- Level 2. NGS biologists who prefer to have their data analyzed by the CGRL
This level of consulting is designed for basic data analysis (alignment, generating read counts, differential, expression, peak calling, etc.). If you require a more complex analysis, we will match you with a potential collaborator using
- Level 3. NGS biologists who need complex or long-term data analysis
If your data analysis requires personalized scripts or algorithms, meet with the CGRL expert to be matched with a collaborator in the Biostatistics Group or in the Center for Computational Biology.
To make an appointment to meet with the CGRL experts, please email Bioinformatics Scientist Ke Bi at email@example.com.
